Well, while today wasn't especially productive (at least I left the house once, to shop with my sister), it was a sober one. My bed is calling me, probably out of sheer boredom. Tomorrow, I will be SO grateful to play at church without a hangover...thanks for keeping me company today! SR Rulz!

Great job. The first days are the hardest. Take note of anything positive you feel today. Play those feelings forward in your mind to help stay sober again today. One day at a time, you are on your way to controlling your life again.
