I hope everyone who needs to is setting themselves up for a successful sober Friday ..
That friday drinking feeling will come skulking round so ensuring there is some forethought in what to do and how to react to it will strengthen ones position .
Sometimes it's not a bed of roses at the beginning of the journey but all you got to do is get through . Things change and grow with time , your sobriety will if you let it

Some people are getting torrential downpours in London while others in London had blistering sunshine it was meant to rain here but we have luckily missed it
Havnt seen a sheet lightning storm yet this year maybe itl happen at 3am but il be long gone sleeping by then

Yea, and I was pretty sure I herd MLD offer to throw some ribs in the smoker so we'll have something to go with the peach cobbler she's prolly gonna make to go underneath the homemade vanilla ice cream in her freezer that we have for dessert after she....

I'm not tracking too well on work either today. Just knowing at the back of my mind that the weekenders thread is out there is a distraction. Plus, I'm reading documents again. Always a fun time. Not as fun as the time U75 is having though.

Awfully nice people, they didn't talk much (telepathy) They were looking for intelligent life forms so they let me go as soon as they found out I wasn't one
