How do you get past the hardest of the days?

Simply by taking it one day at a time x when things get tough I speak to my sponsor and work my steps and get to even more meetings. AA is the backbone of my recovery x x x

It has been really hard at times, but is true that these hard times do pass. I keep it in the day x x x

We're two days apart. How are you doing? I've been pretty crazy lately.

Im ok at the moment! But yeah went through a craziness about a month ago, just found recovery really really tough and emotionally draining for about three weeks. It did however pass. Keep in there.......!
