I've had the worst day today. A tree fell over in my backyard about 4 metres high. Anyway my parents own half the house and are paying to get rid of it. My ex came over today and spent nearly an hour saying I need to get rid of my parents and pay him to do it. I rang my dad who went nuts and said he wanted my house and I would lose it if i wasn't careful. Anyway ended up drinking a bottle of wine over it and about to start my second. I don't know why I keep attracting domestically violent men. My ex lives across the road and honestly I am scared of him and so just tend to go along with him. I can't afford to move because of the cut my parents have in the house. My ex said today he was on the verge of walking away because of my depression so that's it. I wish I wouldn't turn to alcohol everytime I have these problems. I'm drinking my smoking money and need to stop immediately. I was going to aa tonight but too exhausted after my ex carrying on.

Your ex walking away could be a great gift. Sounds as though you could use the quiet time. This site has a lot of wisdom and support should you decide to put down the drink. Peace.
