I never would have been able to complete this had I still been drinking...
It would sit there for years half finished or in some sort of "under construction" condition...

Here for another one! I'm going to work this weekend on a diet plan for a workout program I did at the beginning of 2015. Then start it again on Monday. I lost 25lbs with it last time, and that was while I was still drinking most weekends and eating poorly over the weekend as a result. I managed to keep most of it off, but am not where I want to be today.

I'm hoping this time around my determination to quit drinking will already put me ahead of the game, as well as make it easier to stick to the diet on Saturdays and Sundays.

Happy weekend to all! We got this in the palm of our hands!

not a chance... when you build to the lay of the land, you get what you get... but they are all the same dimensions

oh, so I guess they ARE uniform run/rise, except for the last one

30 days tomorrow and many more I hope! LBrain, gorgeous work. Brandon, it's good to have healthy goals but sometimes we try to do too much at one time. Sobriety is first and maybe you could let that be your focus for awhile longer. I have found that trying to diet or restrict myself while trying to stay sober can turn into a trigger. That's me. Just a thought. I try to mix healthy foods into my diet but if I am craving sugar or something unhealthy I let myself enjoy it. One day at a time and one thing at a time.

I purchased tile for the bathroom 4 years ago... still in the boxes in the basement... I sense I'll be remodeling a bathroom before xmas...
still debating the french drain along the side of the house... something needs to be done, neighbor sits higher and of course water flows downhill... I'm not too keen on replacing the tub, but if I do it, I'll do it right... and that means new tub/shower... when I go to sell this place, it will sell itself...

So, no torn rotator cuff, thank goodness. Doc says it's biceps tendonitis. Give it a few more weeks to improve. If it doesn't, I will have the distinct pleasure of getting a cortisone shot.

I got a big lot full of huge oak trees, so I need to get this fixed up before the leaves start to fall!

Hi BD84, graciepearl, BrandoninCO and tate

LBrain that looks like a real good place to spend some time in. Great job sir

Good (ish) news on your shoulder U75.

Slightly burned pizza tonight. Edible but not great. Why don't I use the timer?

How old are your kids U75? I think they are big enough to wield a rake. Glad it's not the torn rotator cuff. Biceps tendonitis? Who knew? Ouch and hopefully you recover quickly.
