Not sure if Anyone Remembers me

I had over a year sober. I relapsed after having that year sober. Had my last drink about 12 hours ago and am detoxing again. Man I can't tell you how much I regret that week long drinking binge. And sure enough, the withdrawal came back just as bad as it did all that time ago.

But anyway, here I am. This is the first step.

Welcome back.

How long did you relapse? 1 day?

Sure, I remember you!! Congrats on one year. That's fantastic. Not easy to do. Sorry your going through a tough time right now. I've started over many times, so I think I know how you feel right now. When I did, I had to not be too hard on myself, and start building up the days again. Maybe look at it this way. The hole you dug in a week isn't as deep as it could of been. Much easier to climb out of it. Nice going. John

Welcome back!
A year is great - what did you do for that year to stay sober? What do you think caused your relapse? Do you need to examine your plan? Add some tools to your toolbox?

Welcome back, Justin!

I'm sorry about your relapse, but you know you can do this. What do you think led you back to drinking? What can you do to prevent that happening again?

Hi Justin, I am new here so we haven't 'met' but I'm sorry to hear about your relapse. But a year is amazing, i know you can get back there again. I've only ever made it to 20 days so now I am trying again.
What type of withdrawal are you experiencing and by binge do you mean all day drinking?
You can do this
