41 Weeks
Ack! The Labor Day holiday threw me off on my posting. I am now at 41 weeks sober.
Got through the holiday pool parties by keeping busy smoking all of the ribs, pork, and chicken for the festivities.
Counseling session is already planned for this month.
I am mentally preparing myself for college football season - this will be my first one sober. I have my plan and coping skills ready to go.
Keep to your plans my peeps - we can do this!

Fantastic job on 41 IP. stick to your plan, you will end up enjoying college football season even more. It takes getting used to new rituals without drinking, but you will adjust quickly.
