Wow working on day 6

Hello all.

I hope you all are having a safe and sober weekend.
Day 5 is behind me and working on day 6. I can't believe how much better I am sleeping without the alcohol in my system.
The AV is trying it's damnedest to get me to have just one drink. Real funny., I have never had just one drink in my life.

The only time I can have one drink is if you put it a super XXX monster slushy cup from 7'11.

I know it's so cliche, but it really is one day at a time. Talk about your feelings on here and attend meetings. Will drinking be worth going back to day 1?

im going to an aa party/ bbq today

should be ~50 people

then the big sat night speaker meeting at 8pm

I always fancied myself as a fine wine drinker. Then I noticed I was buying wine in the box because it was cheaper and less trips to the store. 4 bottles in a box of wine here in the US. $19.95 Ya I really was a fancy wine drinker at the end. Not.
