Can I ask folks not to link to or upload super huge pics?
It makes it difficult for some of our members to navigate the site.

If you're linking to a pic that's not yours, most pics come in various sizes.

If you're uploading a pic of your own there's any number of online resizers

TinyPic is another one that's good. There's an option to resize to Message Board size.

I can never figure out how to post pictures after numerous tries and reading the how tos. So I resort to verbose word imagery
