5 Months

Hello,

I am someone that could not hang in there for a week and I have 5 months! During cravings I ate a lot or went to bed while praying or journaling. Anyway, I still am taking it one day at a time. Just wanted to say hello on this website, since it was important to my recovery. I don't post much. Do not get so worried about whether or not you are an alcoholic, just look at the effect drinking has or has had on your life.

Good job LostLilly - no matter how long you have been sober it will always be one day at a time. It may get easier with time but never get complacent.
