I know exactly how you feel. Its 2.40pm here and Ive been awake since 3am with the anxiety and shaking. Hands just calming down now.
Do you have a plan to work to stop?
I know you might not be able to answer straight away...but you will calm down eventually

The good news is that you never have to feel this way again! Get to an AA meeting today....pull aside someone with solid sobriety and ask for help. You can do this!

You can start the journey up right now! And never come back to this spot again.
As suggested, I think a recovery plan is a very good idea. I find it really helps ease my anxiety and tension to get proactive about the problem.
Best of luck to ya! And keep posting here.....SR is great!

Oh, and please don't hesitate to see a doctor about the shakes and any other withdrawal symptoms you may have...

You have came to a great place for support.
Welcome
Be careful while quitting -- sounds like you are addicted.
Best to call your doctor for an appointment.
Tell your doc how it is -- I'm A drunk and I want help.
Note -- when I told them that they stuck me in a 30 rehab.
One of the best things that ever happened to me.
Good luck,
M-Bob

I understand the shaking! I couldn't even write a note or sign my name at times. It was ridiculous. I always had such pretty handwriting. I couldn't put mascara on without using one hand to try and "steady" the other one. This wasn't always the case, but after prolonged daily drinking it became that way. The good news is that it gets better. You've come to an awesome place.
