day 6

I've been really itchy today as like bugs crawling... I remember having this slightly before but don't recall it being this bad. I guess anything possible to happen when u quit smoking and alcohol at the same time..

Hopefully it will get better soon, tonib.
If it's really bad or gets worse might be a good plan to see a doctor.
Perhaps a soak in an epsom salt bath might help? If I were you I'd try to eat well and drink plenty of water too.

Congrats on day 6.... Hang in there, it should pass. I agree,don't be afraid to go to the ER if you need to. Wishing you all the best tonight.

Congrats on day 6 Tonib. It will get easier, your body is still adjusting. Keep up the good work, you can do it.

My skin was itchy at first too. It was so weird, it will go away. We aren't supposed to give medical advice but I just took advil, it helped. Congrats on six days!
