Hi Julia welcome to SR , I'm so pleased you found us. I stumbled on this site nearly 3 years ago and it is my lifeline for so many reasons.
I understand your 'done done done'. I wanted it to stop and be 'normal' but of course it takes a bit of work on our part.
My days turned into weeks, then months and so on, but you need the tools for the job. Eventually though, it's like crossing the road. You look right, then left, then right again to know it's safe to cross. It's not an issue, it's not something we have to think about we just do it! Why? Because we learnt the rules and go by them .
Simple. Just one for me. I don't drink. Learning how to do that, SR helped me. As you can see we all use what's best for us and suits us, same as crossing the road, we learn the rules then use the one which suits us best.

Thank you all again - I am reading, and re-reading each and every word that each of you has said. I am going to print them out and keep them close to read as part of my plan I am working on. Love you all.
