my husband is here he knows av self injured and he sorted it out for me
he made me some ginger tea , the tea helps me ground myself but i cant drink too much of it
i keep waking up at 5am every morning and by the time its during the day am falling asleep then wake up again at 7pm
my husband even went for a sleep as i woke him up at 7am this morning
our sleep pattern is kinda screwed
...my husband is looking after me he says i need to try and sleep again
been holding on to a small lamb teddy for most of the day using it to ground myself with

I'm so sorry, Dark. I recently found out my daughter has been self harming so I know the pain from a family member's perspective. Thankfully we have her in with a great therapist, a psychiatrist & she's going to start equine therapy on Friday. Do you have any kind of professional support? I know neither my daughter nor I could get thru this without it.

I am sorry you are in such a dark place right now.
Please try to remember that it WILL pass.

Am doing ok had my sister up for a few hours she had her dinner here , she back up again on Saturday
Sunday i have Church looking forward to it
love the modern music there yesterday we went and there was two people getting baptized
