Hello all...
Almost one week ago I took what I hope will be my last drink. It has been a rough week, to say the least, but I am grateful to finally start working toward recovery. Again. I am not new to recovery, nor am I new to this forum. In 2004 I got sober and stayed sober for over four years. This community was a huge support for me back then (although under a different username) and I hope it will be again. Anyway, just wanted to say hello and I hope you are all doing well...

Elicia, I'm so happy you made your way back to us. This is the best place for encouragement & friendship - but we have to be ready. Sounds like you are.

Seven days! Bravo...you'll never have to repeat them. Suck in the support here and keep piling on the days, one at a time.
I too keep returning here for the support. Your 4 years are a good reminder for me that sobriety can never be taken for granted.
