Anyone having this problem? HELP!
Anyone having this problem? HELP!
Need help! I posted in the Technical Problems thread and didn't get any answers that are working.
Ever since SR crashed 2 days ago I haven't been able to log OFF this site from my iPhone 6.
DID THIS HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE?
Every time I try to log off a message pops up saying:
ERROR Connection error: The operation couldn't be completed. (kCFErrorDomainCFNetwork error - 1005.)
***I have tried clearing my cookies, deleting the App from my phone and adding it again, restarting my iphone.....nothing works.
Any advice?
Thank you!

Any (or all) of the following actions may get you signed out OK:
1) Close the Safari app by double-clicking the home button and swiping off the Safari page. Then restart Safari, go to the SR page, and see if you're still logged in.
2) Go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data > Clear History and Data. Close and restart Safari as in Step #1.
3) Turn your phone OFF entirely, wait a few minutes, and then re-start.
Hope any of these help!

Too late to edit, and I realized you were probably accessing SR through the SR app and not through Safari. I still recommend closing the SR app by double-clicking the home button and swiping it off, then restarting. Same goes for powering off and restarting the phone.

Hi try this
A soft reset won't affect data on the device.
Press and hold the Power button (located on the right edge) until "slide to power off" appears then release. ...
Slide the Power switch right. ...
With the device powered off, press and hold the Power button until the Apple logo appears then release.
