Librium experience?

I would like to be prepared for tomorrow and I've discussed this quite a length with my doctor and Googled the heck out of it of course. I'm just wondering what other people's experience was with it. I get just a very general sense from my Dr and googling. I think my detox will be mild but I've done it so many times. I know I have er at my disposal. I'm just trying to figure out how much life I can work around it.

For me it was great! GREAT! But I was given it in rehab. When I started I was in detox and was on all kinds of stuff. I took 8 librium a day to start, 2, 4 times a day. It then got tapered to 6, then to 4 then to 2 and then nothing before I left one month later. To be honest with you I have no idea what it was for but it helped.

I have used it a few times in the past for withdraw however for me the one that works by far the best was Valium. I believe between the two they are probably the two most used for withdrawal, different people respond differently to each one.

I did an at home librium detox under the care of a doctor as well. Don't plan anything around it, it will make you sleepy and groggy but comfortable. Just plan on relaxing, napping and eating. Good luck and take it easy!
