Passed the Test!
 

I am an NHRA drag racer, among other things, it's been almost five years since I last took a drink and three since I smoked any weed. I am truly clean and sober. This weekend at the Northwest Nationals, the biggest event on my yearly schedule, I was randomly tested for drugs and alcohol and of course I passed! I had to pee in a cup and take a breathalyzer for the first time. Lord only knows how I avoided any of those things while I was double hammered for thirty years of my life!

The reason that I'm posting this in the Newcomer section is not to boast, I just wanted to say that if I can do it, anyone can. Sobriety is hard but it is worth it. Six years ago I would have failed a breathalyzer (zero tolerance) four years ago UA would have failed. I never thought that I would be able to quit either of those things but now that I am clean and sober I am so glad that I did.

So if you are thinking about it--I say go for it!
