17 days! thank you SR
17 days today the most time ive been sober in 7 years. One thing that always made me go back to drinking was all the bad things you've done that suddenly reappear when you stop drinking. But this time around im accepting who I am and I can never go back and change what ive done or didn't do. All I can do is worry about today and what am I going to do today.
Still having a tough time sleeping but im sure with time it will get better. Im starting to eat better and on monday im going to start working out again. My ankles feeling much better so im going to wake up early and walk for a couple hours maybe a little spurts of running.
Im back to work next week so this week I need to get back into the groove of getting up early again and getting sleep.
But anyways I feel pretty good the only thing thats dragging me done is the cigarettes I can really feel it in my chest and its making me sluggish so thats next to go . Plus it just tastes terrible to me now so after this pack which will be tomorow im going to try and quit. Whats really disgusting my son whos 3 took a crayon the other day and pretended like hes smoking so im just being a bad role model .
I cant wait to get back to work the time offs been nice but im bored out of my mind and really need the money.
