Alcohol is "cunning, baffling, powerful, and patient" we learn to move past the guilt and shame; become happy and free again by understanding that surrender is victory. We do this with the support compassion, fellowship of others along with a sound recovery plan.

Bechy, I was much older than 35 when I finally quit. It changed my personality too - I became reckless & put myself in danger. I'm glad you're taking a hard look at what it's doing to your life. There's no doubt you can do this.
