Have you thought about the nuts and bolts of how you'll make this change slipnslide?

For right now 30 days of no drinking. And then at the end of that we will make a new goal.
NOT drinking has never really been that hard for me. What's hard for me is not drinking TOO much. I know that means I should never drink again. I know that. But small goals at first. I have weight to lose too. Sooooooo it's all connected I'm sure.

I think making a recovery plan is a good idea.
Just not drinking doesn't really encompass all the troublesome situations, icky feelings, or other triggers we have to drink.

I was committed in my head to not drinking - but really, I was totally unprepared for what not drinking might mean.

I feeling relapsed if I was going to get sober and stay that way it was worth me putting a little time and effort in as well.
