I didn't drink for 2 days and felt great/terrible. I thought I was done but went back to the sauce tonight. I know you will all say make a plan and one day at a time but I keep listening to the AV. My honesty hurts me.

Stop listening to the AV

If you haven't got a recovery plan - make one - it may be a little uncomfortable because the AV in you won't like it,. but it's not difficult

Why? Has it ever told you the truth? Mine never has. My AV has never told me anything but lies. Sweet lies that I wanted to believe, but lies nonetheless.

I quit taking advice from a known liar and my life got a lot better. I highly recommend it.

Maybe think of it this way: You know you have your AV and you are listening to your AV.

You're AV wants nothing more than to drink and destroy you. It cares nothing of you and only of itself. Its a really bad person. It might even want you penniless and dead. Someone on this site put it to me that way once, and it really hit home...because its true.
