Making a come back

Well just at a year of drinking again. My husband and I have managed to repeat and invent new bad habits and decisions. Luckily no one went to jail this go around. But infidelity, hangovers, money wasted, reputations damaged, etc.....

So we mutually agree that today is the day we choose to remove alcohol from our lives again. Last time lasted for almost 2 years.

Wish us luck!

I can only imagine how hard it must be when two people are fueling each others alcohol problem.

I wish you both the best of luck, and find strength in each other.

No offense to AA or meetings, but they never sat well with either of us. Not our styles. Rational Recovery worked well for our beliefs and our lifestyle. We are definitely using that along with the support of sober recovery and various other support groups.

Welcome back Sunshine

Just so you know the Class Of August support thread is not about methods, it's about support - it's 'non-denominational'

anyone and everyone is welcome
