What is it about Day 24

I am just completing day 24. It was a doozy of a day. I was in a really negative space all day but I just felt thru the feelings instead of acting on them. I went back to my journal tonight to last August when I had first attempted sobriety. I made it 24 days until I relapsed on day 25. I have a little fear about tomorrow but I KNOW I will see day 26! It will not get me tomorrow like I let it last year. I'm just going to tell the universe that right now!

I'm on day 25. Abstinence buddies! You can do it, just don't obsess and don't overthink it.

Yes abstinence buddies for sure! I am pretty much busy tomorrow from 8 am to well after 9pm so yes I got this! I need my cheerleaders and will stay close to this site

You guys are awesome! I really needed the encouragement today! Sometimes I want the people around me to tell me they are proud and it's rare I hear it BUT I know I can come here and get even better.

There's just something about certain days I don't know what it is,for years I would relapse on days 4,10,17,20 something and the 40's I don't know what made those certain days harder,I only realized it after looking at past journals,I figure they're just something to learn from and hold on extra tight,the yucky feeling passes

Well I made it thru the day. On to day 26! My AV has really just been getting the best of me but it shall pass (I hope) ! Thanks for the support everyone
