Was just reading my eating right to live sober book & it's just mentioned Korsakoff's psychosis .. I knew of Wernicke's encephalopathy

And I have heard & experienced some of this Korsakoff's psychosis but have just heard the term properly for the first time

Thought I would share to show just how dangerously fatal alcohol can be

Articles say to take Thiamine...(vitamin B1 for prevention and treatment) I take it even at 1 yr. sober.
