Yes I don't ever want to go through this again the physical and mental pain is unbearable!
Stopping drinking will allow me to get back in shape and save money. I'm fed up of the living in a haze and drinking myself into an early grave!

Yes..... Keep us posted. The worst of these terrible withdrawals are usually past in 10-12 days... Stay here with us, one day at a time and you can get this first part behind you. Wishing you all the best today.
