day two nearly over

Thank god, its been really hard but 30 minutes and the shop shuts.

Problems with my health today put my anxiety through the roof and was so close many times to grabbing the bottle but survived.

Do you have a plan to stay sober? I read a previous post where you said you have a hard time and usually I think you said nine days was the max you ever went. What have you tried in the past?

Thanks guys, as soon as the shop shuts all my cravings disappear its strange.

Tate I have never put together a plan and would not know where to start.

I hope so soberwolf, every night is a horrible struggle. I sit on the couch 50/50 wither to drink or not.
