I wish I'd faced my problem at your age - but changing everything seemed too mammoth a task...I didn't drink everyday either so how could it be that big a problem?

20 years down the track, and nearly dying from my drinking, I couldn't change everything fast enough. ...

I thought changing my life would be a huge loss - in fact my new life is better in every way.

Noone here would stay sober if they thought they lost out on the deal...I hope you decide to give it a go
