MB, based on your last post, I think you have a pretty good handle on what's going on and are realistic about the situation. As tough as that is, I believe its a good thing. It takes time to undo the damage that it took years to do.

Hi MB8, I went to rehab in an effort to save my marriage/not lose custody of my son. Well, the marriage didn't work out but I've been sober for almost 9 months and share 50/50 custody with my ex. My husband and son spurred me to seek sobriety, but now I want it for myself as well.
Your wife wouldn't be there if she didn't want your relationship to work. Of course she's giving you the cold shoulder! She's afraid to hope and be hurt again. The only thing you can do is stay sober and prove, over time, that you're serious. But you really have to want to stop drinking for yourself, no one else.
