day 7.. crying happy tears
 

Hope everyone is feeling optimistic today. I can't believe a week has passed. Yesterday, I stayed at my best friends house and we went out to eat. Not any temptations to drink. I thought there may be because I'd always order sangria. Water w lemon was just as good. So proud to have made it this far. Hope everyone finds some happiness today.

Water with lemon or lime is a great 'go-to' beverage.

Don't overlook Pellegrino with a lime or lemon for when you're feeling "fancy".
