With in the past year I had to make
a trip to my doctor due to some sudden
dizziness. Some tests were done to
determine what was causing it and
all my tests showed nothing serious
with my eyes or ears.

They recommended that I drink
lots of water thru out the day and
take a low dosage asprin.

With everything we eat has so much
salt in it, ive been cutting out processed
foods as much as possible learning
what to eat like fresh veggies and fruit.

Salt and many other things can cause
blood in our veins to thicken quite a
bit and cause dizziness and dehydration.

Even tho I have a good many one days
at a time sober down the road, I still
remain teachable and the older I get
the more important it is to continue
to learn new ways to remain healthy.

Congrats on ur sober time in early
recovery as you continue on your
journey listening, learning, absorbing
and applying many new lessons to
help you achieve health, happiness
and honesty in all areas of ur life.
