Stress-busters

Alcohol was my go to stress-buster and now that I am sober I have had to explore alternative strategies for managing stress and relaxing. So here are the tools I currently use...please share yours so that we can get a list going ☺

Running
Massages
Bubble baths
Herbal teas
Zen Colouring book (got my first one today)
Audio books
