How to avoid the alcohol aisle in the grocery store?
I went grocery shopping 2 days ago and felt vulnerable to my AV. I sat in my car for about 15 minutes reading SR before and had a list of what I needed to buy. In and out sticking to the list and keeping focus. You can do it! Don't avoid the shop just have a plan to get through. Best of luck friend xxx

Yep. Be prepared.
Also, when I must walk by the beer/wine aisle, I do a subtle little growl at it. And I might just give it a little subtle jab with my middle finger as well. My March 2016 classmates call it "the Casey salute." It makes me feel better and reminds me that everything on these aisles is no good and off limits to me.
