Marty, I didn't hear anything unusual last evening and, in fact, wasn't aware of the shooting until this morning. There's always a fair amount of sirens in my neck of the woods, particularly since a N-S major street is just to the west of me, so I've grown kind of accustomed to the sound.
At the risk of sounding like the governor of the nanny state, where's Sao? He's usually checked in at least once by now.

I've never been called a hommette before! Kinda grows on ya... (and nice to see another tofu-er round these parts!).
Grocery store on the agenda for my lunch break. Mushrooms aren't on my list. I have to be in the mood for them and this is not a mushroom kind of day.
