Greetings from Wisconsin. Nice afternoon here with my family after a good, healthy visit with Marty. Watched 'Eddie the Eagle' with my niece. Shall check in tomorrow. Best to all. (Type is so small; don't know how folks post all the time on their mobiles.)

Hangin' out here with MesaDog. He's doing some inspired digging in the new Patio Dirt 'Surround' while our ancient Bug Zapper electrocutes Bugs.
Sea Bass and a Baked Potato for Dinner. Homemade Blueberry Cobbler w/Yogurt on tap for later. I got all the Ingredients yesterday for Homemade Ice Cream using an legacy Electric Churn I got eons ago for a $$ Song at Salvation Army. When the Motor audibly slows down, Ice Cream is done.
Get out that Hair Gel & Mascara, and celebrate the 4th!

My poor dog. He's terrified of fireworks, and my neighborhood is going nuts right now. He's cowering in his kennel.

Btw...I really enjoyed the afternoon with my friend. I think it snapped me out of the funk. I ate way too much of everything. Ugh. Weasel, your meatloaf sounds good. I haven't made one in a while. Tomorrow it's baby back ribs on the grill....after lots of excercise.

Hi everyone!
Glad we're all safe and sound.
I had an awesome day today with my family. We went to the zoo and then out for tapas.
And I saw some friends who were having a bday bash, I asked if I could come over to help prep food and chat before guests arrived bc I don't want to be around drinking. It was awesome bc we got to socialize and laugh a lot. They had bought 2 kinds of LaCroix for me, how sweet is that?
I came home and took a screaming hot shower to get the city off me and now I'm having popcorn in bed and reading. I hope the popcorn doesn't do a number on me, we'll find out.
I'm very grateful right now.

Home from an awesome concert in the park....very patriotic and moving! Shaved ice afterward yummy!! I'll say it again....Monday holidays are the best invention ever! No stress Sunday nights rock!
