Just got back from a "litter walk" on my road. It's amazing how much **** people throw out their windows. Ewwww. Now what to do with the rest of my day...

Ugh simplicity! Littering is one of my pet peeves! I get so indignant when I see people tossing trash out the car window or just blatantly throwing it down as the walk!! Grr!!

Count me in too.
My truck is usually a mess with trash, not food stuff, because I don't like seeing litter .... I need to be more proactive on cleaning it.

I hate litter too. I've started picking it up on my walk from the train. Especially when I'm near the river. A shame to see all that floating garbage. One day an older than me couple walked by from the opposite direction and were bemused and commented on my good deed for the day. My son actually goes out of his way to toss trash - that isn't his. Which befuddles me because he's a slob at home. But, I'm proud of him.

Marty, good luck with the clothes hunting. My son needs shorts too. Trader Joes sounds nice.

I washed my car and vacuumed it out. It was nasty. I let my kids eat snacks in the car.

Getting my head together for cooking.

Venecia, if I post pics using my phone I do it through tinypic. It's easy and resizes the pic

I'm making beans that have a pound of bacon and a pound of ground beef. I'm now going to bake my bacon.

It's probably for the best that this holiday falls on a Monday - it's the day I weigh myself. . .

There will be judicious intake of foodstuffs for me. I think I celebrated too much last week.

Every time I hit my goal weight I feel this need to eat all the things. I think it's because six months of calorie counting is beginning to be tedious.

Beginning?

Bim, that does sound tedious. Keeping track of anything so closely can get to you.

I don't know why I'm having company jitters. It's just my brother and his family and my mother. Maybe it's because I'm not satisfied with how my house looks like. Too much junk and not enough space

Ruby~ As George Carlin would say, you need a bigger house ... why? ... too much stuff.

I would have linked the video but the language.

For the past two days I've eaten the most delicious tomatoes from the farmers market! I could live on tomatoes! One left....must savor every bite!
