Hi Swar - great job on a week!!
What are your plans for the weekend? With your boyfriend (hoping he is supportive of you quitting!), doing other things to keep you busy (non-work stuff if you don't work wkds - things you enjoy or find relaxing)?
Do you have a program - AA, other? Meetings -just GOING - to a support group, in the beginning, is not only a way to use up time (perhaps go in the early evening, part of that breaking your after work habits)?
Most of us have found that just willpower is not enough. Getting tools to walk through anxiety and other emotions - starting to learn how to live a different life and doing it - is key.
Keep going- keep us posted! Lots of people rooting for you
