because I am tired of starting over
because it can kill me
because it distances me from those I love
because I want to wake up tomorrow with no shame
because I want to remember what I said
because I don't and don't want to need alcohol to be happy

because you joined here, and keep coming back, for a reason.

because noone ever woke up regretting they stayed sober last night.

because you deserve better.

because you obviously feel, like I and many others did, that you can be better :)

Because I want to enjoy the beautiful weather and three days off in a row instead of laying passed out in bed.

I like feeling productive. I can't do that if I have a hangover.
