Finally sought professional help!!!
Hi all,
4 days sober today and I had my first session with my addiction therapist, he was very insightful and feel it's the beginning of a new chapter. Will be posting here and going through my SMART recovery handbook I have.

Congrats Hucules! I had an addiction therapist while in treatment and she was very beneficial.
I also got a lot out of SMART recovery and the meetings were very inspiring.

Hey, well done Hercules!
I had a SMART meeting yesterday and found it really insightful, looking forward to the next one! It's amazing what a difference it makes just getting things off your chest to someone who is impartial and understands.
