And....a specialist? Just curious about this. People describe their recovery plans all over but just this I don't know if I have heard. Hopefully this person will talk to you about a concrete plan, whether it is AA or not. Since you mention you've gone down the road before and from your first post- best to you for this time being the last!!

I have regular meetings with a psychiatrist who specialises in addiction and alcohol problems.
Fantastic six months as you know and must never forget its "one day at a time" I made the mistake a few times thinking after 6 months that i was "mended" i could treat myself. I was out of it... thats why i put those hard words in my signature.
