Thirty days!
Ok, made it 30 days and while I'm still left with mental withdrawal symptoms I am feeling pretty good. Anxiety, depression (suicidal thoughts), brain fog and all that other fun stuff seem to be abating. I'm still a nervous wreck about my marriage, but my wife leaving for the summer to visit home in NY is probably going to be a good time for me to work on myself and get strong. Still wanting to chain smoke cigarettes but I'm hoping that'll burn itself out. You all have been a great wealth of support and I sincerely appreciate each and every one of you all's kind words. Now I can only pray that this time allows her to recover from my past transgressions and hopefully decide to give us another go. |
