made it 30 days for the first time.
today was 30 days for me for the first time since I started my drinking career 9 years ago. The first week was really tough and today was extremely hard I'm not gona lie I almost slipped today but by the grace of God and SR I didn't drink today.
I've noticed now that I feel better I am giving my sobrity less priority and focusing on other things like eating healthy and working out. I just hope this craving subsides at some point.
other that I feel great !! I really feel good and the depression has really gone down ! anyone who's struggling in the first few days please push through!!! you will feel so much better!!

Isn't it amazing how something that used to take stress away caused so much stress,and health issues? You'll find that you'll sleep better, think better, eat better and generally have a can do attitude.
Rock on my friend, keep up the good work and always remember that staying sober has to be guarded.
