First day

I am 27 years old. I have a alcohol problem. I have anxiety and adhd. I am in the army reserves. After five years of drinking my wife left me and took my four year old boy and 11th month girl, about a month ago. I drink liquor for everything to be ok. Typical story bad childhood and mental issues with several major life events happening at the same time, then years of alcohol abuse. I have lost everything.

Welcome to SR Varoan - you'll find a lot of good ideas and support here :)

Ironically I used to drink to make everythign alright too, but the only time things were really alright was when I quit.

I don't think it's ever too late to stop - even if you feel you've lost everything :)

It all starts with a day one.
