Thank you everyone for your support and I'm going to stay close to SR tonight. I'm trying to focus on caring for my kittens and not get so self-absorbed.

Still haven't poured out the booze yet.. Don't know what I'm waiting for.

Newhope, you've done it before and you can do it again! You know you'll feel a million times better once you stop drinking. Stay away from stores that sell booze. Have some tea. Put on some relaxing music, read a trashy novel (reading helped me SO much when I was in rehab) or watch a movie. Get your mind involved in something other than drinking and just go to bed early tomorrow. You got this!!!!!

I should note that he did apologize for the song. I also realized I didn't eat yesterday and so I'm treating myself to a pizza and binge watching Netflix.
