I've got some salted caramel core for backup My wife and son are out of town for 5 days. In the past it would have been a golden opportunity to drink. Instead I made myself a great dinner and am enjoying dessert. Life is good!

I buy Cherry Garcia when husband is away & eat ice cream, spaghetti, & popcorn in bed. Way more fun than passing out on the kitchen floor.

Love this thread! Ice cream in bed is the best and yes so much better than drinking when husband away! Isn't there and everything but kitchen sink? Yum.

Americone Dream is the best. Lately though I have been on Talenti gelato, esp Mediterranean Mint.

Breyer's Creamsicle is delicious too- just like the pushpops we loved as kids!
