The good thing about being sober tho is we have the capacity to learn how to deal with anything...we start out a little like babies, but there's a really quick learning curve.
I think you'll be surprised as how capable you are and how much you can learn and grow
As far as professionals go - we may know a bit, and sure maybe even more than some of them - but if you're struggling to get sober and stay that way, there's obviously a disconnect between what you know and what you're doing.
Sometimes an outside perspective can really help.
