34 Days And I Found This

A sence of clarity that is peaceful.. I'm happy. Can't really describe it originally the goal was 30 days with no intent to stop for good more working on being head strong. They say after a month minimum new habits will develop I will say I don't have any urge to drink my usual routine that consited of many beers per night. I'm grateful I do believe my body is telling me it is time for some changes, losing 18lbs this month is exciting. I'm appreciateive of the support on here may go another 30-60 days or just not think about counting the days anymore.

Congrats!

The hurdles in front of you are holidays, special days, down days etc.

You are physically clean.

Stay proud and protective of your sobriety.

Post a lot. Offer advice.

It adds to your accountability.

Alcohol is poison.

That's great! You've come so far in a short period of time. Why give that up for a beverage that makes you fat?

Great job! Isn't it exciting to see what the next 30 days will bring?

I can tell you that I have kept seeing changes all over my body, and all over my life, eat each month that goes by; sometimes, each couple of days or weeks as I can look back at what are now more apparent stages. It really feels good - still working out plenty of "kinks" but it is getting better and better.

That's very impressive progress in a short period of time. If you like being sober, maybe consider just remaining sober?
