What recovery/spiritual book are you reading at the moment
I also have the video series that came along with it... and was thinking, I need to get this book out again...
also, Full Catastrophe Living by Jon Kabat-Zinn, I haven't picked it up in a year. It's time to start using it again...
He has other publications on Mindfulness as well.
Currently the only thing I am reading is Flyfisher's Guide to Pennsylvania by Dave Wolf - fishing is my spiritual connection.
Fifty Hikes in Pennsylvania I also keep handy... as a reference
I am going to look into Mood Cure - thanks
this is interesting... as I was reading through here I thought about The Power Of Intention Dyer

I LOVE Full Catastrophe Living. I think I'll dig that out when I finish this one.
We are planning our vacation now and I plan on doing some fishing. My husband thinks I'm nuts, but I love it . It completely relaxes me- I go to my happy place.

My daily meditation book (which I admit, I use every few days!) isKeep It Simple Daily Meditations for Twelve Step Beginnings and Renewal - a meditations book by Hazelden
I am also just now reading How Starbucks Saved My Life - not a recovery book per se, in terms of alcoholism/addiction, but about rebuilding life from a huge fall from "the top" - good and relatable read.
