Welcome back! A good start.
What about looking through the threads and see what some of the long-term folks have done, suggested, etc? Take the pieces you think apply to your situation (I bet you will see a lot of similar ones in common from different people) and create a plan. Use people's experience who are further along to make the start a continued recovery.
Good luck!!

Help is out there - be it AA, rehab etc. SR is great resource but may not be a stand alone platform. For many it is, but as with any program we all vary.
