Does a hangover, a ruined weekend and a heathly does of shame, guilt and embarrassment sound "appealing" too? Because that's what will come along with that beverage in the camp chair, right? It won't be just one.
You've come way to far to let your AV get under your skin for something this obvious, kick it to the curb. Thing of all the things you can do camping that don't involve alcohol, right?

Ugh, that sucks. Try to think ahead past the first 2 drinks, when you're super anxious and looking for another when everyone else is "done," and trying to fall asleep when you really "need" another drink. You can do this.

I just posted in another thread that one day turned into 3 for me. AGAIN. I was climbing the walls yesterday and a little bit today. Not going to lie. If it were here I'd drink it. A week ago I was doing so well. Do not feed your AV. You're playing with fire. I didn't realize the cravings that would be triggered by me drinking again. Can you go for a walk or a swim or do something to get away from these thoughts for a bit?
